CTpot operates in discrete lottery rounds.
Each round is independent and follows the same on-chain rules.
Every lottery round follows this flow:
Round starts
Tickets are sold
Round ends
Winner is selected
Prize is distributed
Once a round ends, it cannot be reopened.
During an active round:
Users can buy tickets
CHOGTARD is added to the prize pool
Ticket ownership is recorded on-chain
There is only one active round at a time.
A round can end when:
A fixed time duration is reached or
A predefined condition is met
The end condition is enforced by the smart contract.
When a round ends:
Ticket sales stop
Winner selection is triggered automatically
Prize pool is sent to the winner
No manual calls required.
Prize pool consists of all CHOGTARD used to buy tickets
Funds remain locked until the round ends
No one can withdraw funds early
Rounds cannot be paused or extended
Results are final once executed
Each round starts fresh with zero tickets
